Products

  • Are you able to custom make product to a specific size, shape or colour?

    In addition to Confoilā€™s extensive stock product range, we can also design and manufacture customised packaging unique to your exact specification and requirements. Confoil can work with you on your individual product requirements, simply contact your Confoil representative to find out more or register your enquiry here.

  • Can you break down cartons to sell individual packs or product?

    No, we are unable to break down stock to sell individual packs or products. All our online orders are sold as full cartons. Some of our products are available in smaller carton lots, known as retail packs or compact cartons (these are denoted as ā€˜Rā€™ or ā€˜RPā€™ as an extension to the product code). Please select from the drop-down menu to see if the product you need is available in smaller carton lots.

  • Are you an accredited food safe manufacturer?

    Yes, we are a FSSC certified manufacturer. The FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System provides a framework for effectively managing Confoil Pty Ltd.ā€™s food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing Standards (ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 223:2011). It demonstrates that our company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of our customers and consumers. Please click here for our accreditations.

  • Do you have a product size guide?

    Yes, you can click here for our size guide for foil products and click here for our DualPak size guide. For all other products, please refer to the individual product pages for dimensions and sizing information.

  • How do I request samples of your product range?

    You can request sample of our products by referring to our product pages and selecting the button ā€œrequest a sampleā€. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team or your Confoil representative with the product codes of the items you would like to sample, and we will send them out to you. Please note we have a limit on the number of samples we can provide.

  • What are your Customer Service hours?

    Our Customer Service team are available to answer your queries from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Alternatively, you can email customerservice@confoil.com.au.

  • Can I buy your products locally?

    Yes, you can buy our products locally. Confoil products are available from a wide range of wholesalers and distributors throughout Australia. Please visit our distributor page to find local suppliers of Confoil products in your state or region.

  • Do you accept returns?

    All requests for returns must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service team within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please note, we do not accept returns for goods ordered in error. Please send requests by email to customerservice@confoil.com.au.

  • I made an error, am I able to change or edit my order?

    You may be able to change your order if you are able to contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours to make adjustments to your order (either by phone or email) to make adjustments. Once orders have been picked and despatched, we will not be able to change your order. Please quote your name and order number if wishing to adjust orders so that we can easily reference your query.

  • An item I have ordered is out of stock, what happens now?

    Confoil strives to keep stock of all our items, all year round. From time to time, our products can run out due to unprecedented demand. We will fill your order immediately once the item is available again. If you have a specific question about when your time might be available, please contact our Customer Service for further details.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    No, at this stage we only deliver within Australia. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@confoil.com.au if you are visiting our site from overseas.

  • Can I order over the phone with my credit card?

    No, for the privacy and security of your credit card details, we do not accept orders over the phone. Please place your order via our website.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    You can pay online using your credit card or checkout via PayPal. Confoil take every measure to ensure that your payment information is processed securely via our online shop so that you can shop with peace of mind. Our website uses SSL (secure sockets layer) technology which provides a secure, encrypted connection for our payment gateways.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Regrettably, we do not permit the pick-up of orders. All our orders are despatched from our warehouse in Bayswater, Melbourne, and as such, OH&S and security regulations restrict the collection of goods from our busy warehouse. Please note that we do not have a direct to the public retail shop and we are unable to assist with walk-in orders. All orders should be placed via our website.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    For products in stock, delivery is usually between 5-10 business days. Please be aware that we despatch all our online orders from our warehouse located in Bayswater, Melbourne, Australia. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email once your order has been processed.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    For online orders, there is no minimum order quantity or minimum spend. Freight is inclusive in our prices, regardless of the amount you order.

  • How much does delivery cost? Do I need to pay GST separately?

    There are no additional costs for delivery. All our prices are inclusive of freight and GST charges ā€“ there are no hidden or extra costs at the checkout. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Microwave use

  • Are your sealing films oven safe and microwaveable?

    Yes, our sealing films are oven safe to a temperature of 200Ā°c and microwavable. Trays sealed with film can also be chilled or frozen.

  • Are your PET board lids oven safe and microwaveable?

    Yes, our PET board lids are oven safe to a temperature of 220Ā°c, however, they should be kept well away from direct heat elements. Board lids are also microwavable, freezable and chillable.

  • Are your plastic clip on lids oven safe and microwaveable?

    We offer a range of plastic clip on lids with some of our products. Our plastic clip on lids are not ovenable, however, lids which are denoted with a ā€œLPPā€ are microwaveable.

  • Are you DualPak products oven safe and microwaveable?

    Yes, our DualPak products are made of ovenable paperboard and are oven safe up to 220Ā°c and are microwavable. DualPak trays can also be chilled and frozen.

  • Is foil safe to be used in a microwave?

    Depending on the age and type of microwave you have, you may be able to use foil in the microwave. We have a sourced guide for the use of foil in the microwave, please click here to download the guide.
